- Listing & Marketing
- (1) Input into multiple
listing services
- (2) Install
sign/eye-catching riders
- (3) REO advertising in
various publications
- (4) Circulate flyers to
area businesses, residents, tenants, and brokers
- (5) Heavy Exposure to the
Internet
- (6) Broker and public open
houses
- (7) Door knocking
- (8) Photo/financing fact
sheets
- Rehabilitation &
Maintenance
- (1) Initiate utilities as
appropriate
- (2) Initiate initial trash
out, cleaning and landscape
