Eugene is a Southern California native who’s lived in the Silver Lake/Los Feliz community all his life.

“Growing up surrounded by architectural masterworks like Griffith Park Observatory, the Hollywood Bowl, and homes by Rudolph Schindler, Richard Neutra, and Frank Lloyd Wright, I developed a passionate interest in architecture and design,” he says. “It drew me to a career in real estate, where I could use that enthusiasm to benefit my buyers and sellers.”

Today, Eugene is a top-producing agent specializing in Silver Lake/Los Feliz, Atwater, Northeast Areas, Hollywood Hills, and Downtown L.A. Known for his dedication and hard-working, results-focused style, he received the Prudential President's Circle Award in 2006 and 2007, an honor that places him in the top 5% of all Prudential agents nationwide. Eugene also represents banks in REO's, short sales, and is well versed in probates, auctions, and trust sales.

In addition to his extensive experience in buying and selling homes and investing in real estate, he draws on experirence as a seasoned entrepreneur with experience in the entertainment and technology sectors. He holds a BA in Communication Arts and Sciences from the University of Southern California.

Eugene’s energetic, focused business style extends to his personal pursuits as well. An avid adventurer whose travels have taken him to Europe, Africa, and across North America, he’s heli-skied in Alaska, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, cycled through Alberta Canada, and enjoyed whitewater rafting and skydiving. At home, tennis, boxing, and weekly basketball games keep the momentum going.
